摘要
为适应医学检验的快速发展,从传统的操作熟练工转变为理论扎实、操作实践能力强而且又懂管理的高素质检验人才,因此我们将医学检验专业在实习阶段中的规范化培训要求与ISO 15189实验室认可质量管理体系中相关标准进行融合,既要掌握目前实习大纲所规定的专业技能,还要学会实验室质量管理的方法和程序,参与本实验室管理体系的制定、运行,参与实验室认可,以期在毕业工作后可以尽快适应临床检验工作,适应当代检验医学发展的要求,从而有望培养出适应当前实验室发展形势下的高素质检验工作者。
In order to adapt to the rapid development of medicaldetection, and transform from the traditional skilled workers intohigh-quality detection talents with solid theoretical knowledgeand proficient skills in operation and practice, as well as certainmanagement skills, we require that the standardized training inthe practice stage of medical detection major should be integratedwith the relevant standards in ISO 15189 laboratory accreditationquality management system. That is to say, students should notonly grasp the professional skills specified in the current practiceoutline, but also learn the methods and procedures of laboratoryquality management in order to participate in laboratory managementsystem formulation and laboratory accreditation, so as toadapt to clinical detection work as soon as possible after graduation,and meet the needs of contemporary medical detection development.We hope to cultivate high-quality detection workersadapting to the current situation of laboratory development.
