摘要
目的探讨犀角地黄汤加味结合酮替芬治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的疗效及对血清免疫球蛋白水平影响。方法选取2016年1月—2016年12月本院收治的小儿过敏性紫癜患儿84例,随机分为2组,对照组应用酮替芬治疗,治疗组联合应用犀角地黄汤加味治疗,对比2组患儿治疗有效率以及血清免疫球蛋白水平。结果 2组患儿的临床治疗效果对比,治疗组患儿的治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前2组患儿的T细胞亚群各项指标无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后治疗组CD4+以及CD4+/CD8+显著高于对照组,CD8+显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前2组患儿的血清免疫球蛋白水平无明显区别(P>0.05),治疗后治疗组Ig G(免疫球蛋白G)显著高于对照组,Ig M以及Ig A显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿过敏性紫癜在酮替芬治疗的基础上联合应用犀角地黄汤加味治疗,有利于提高治疗效果,改善血清免疫球蛋白水平。
Objective： To observe the curative effect of Xijiao Dihuangtang Jiawei Decoction combined withaiergic purpura and its effect on serum immunoglobulin level. Metliods： 84 children who come cember, 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with ketotifen while the treatment group was treatedwith Xijiao Dihuangtang Jiawei Decoction combined with ketotifen. The curative effective rate and serum groups were compared. Results ： Compared with the control group,the effective rate of the treatment of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the indicators of T cell subsets between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ） . But after treatment,the levels of CD4 ＋ and CD4＋/CD8 ＋ of the test group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and CD8 was significantly lower than those of the control group and the difference was statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ） .Before the treatment,there was no significant difference in level of serum immunoglobulin （ P 〈 0. 05 ）,but after the treatment,IgG of the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group and IgM and IgA were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistical significance （D 〈0. 0 5 ）. Conclusion： The combination of ketotifen ation in the treatment of allergic purpura children is beneficial to improve therapeutic effect and improve serum immunoglobulin level.
