摘要 在高职院校食品专业学生未来将要从事的专业岗位工作中,基础化学实验操作技能是他们所必备的基本能力。该文分析了高职食品专业基础化学实验教学的现状,并就激发学生学习动机、实验内容的优化、教师在实验前充分备课、加强课前预习的督促以及引入现代化教学手段、建立多元化评价体系、开放实验室等方面提出了对策建议,旨在高效完成高职食品专业基础化学实验教学的同时提升学生的综合素质。 Chemical experiment operation skills are the basic skills which are necessary for students of food specialtyin Higher Vocational Colleges to work in professional positions in the future. The present situation of the food special-ty of basic chemistry experiment teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges will be analyzed in this article,and relativemeasures will be proposed on stimulating students' learning motivation,optimizing experiment contents,teachersshould prepare sufficiently before experiment,supervise students to prepare lessons before class,introduce modernteaching methods,and establish diversified evaluation system as well as opening laboratory. The purpose is to im-prove students' comprehensive abilities and complete basic chemistry experiment teaching of food specialty in High-er Vocational Colleges efficiently.
