摘要
该研究利用酪蛋白选择性培养基从浓香型高温酒曲中分离得到1株有明显水解圈的蛋白酶产生菌LS-1,经16SrDNA鉴定其为地衣芽孢杆菌;LS-1通过发酵培养提取出粗酶液,其酶活为180U/mL。
A protease-producing strain was isolated from Luzhou-flavor Liquor Starter with casein-selective medi-um,named LS-1. The 16 Sr DNA was amplified by PCR and the amplification products was subjected to sequencingand homology analysis. As a result,strain LS-1 was identified as Bacillus licheniformis. The protease activity in fer-mentation broth was 180 U/m L.
