摘要
提高消化道早癌的诊断率是决定患者治愈率、生存率及预后的关键因素。随着近年来內镜技术的不断发展和进步,消化道早癌的微创诊治进入了一个全新时代。多种内镜下辅助诊断手段明显提高了消化道早癌的诊断率和治愈率。本文就色素内镜在消化道早癌诊断中的应用进展做一综述。
Diagnosis of gastrointestinal early cancer is crucial to improve its cure rate, survival rate andprognosis. With development and improvement of modern medical technology, diagnosis and treatment ofgastrointestinal early cancer by minimal invasive method has entered into a new era. A variety of supplementary endoscopic diagnostic techniques have improved the detection and cure rate markedly. Here, we reviewed the application of chromiocndoscopy in the diagnosis of early cancer in the digestive tract.
