摘要
通过对白碗窑镇苹果产业基本情况的调研,发现白碗窑镇地理位置靠近"川滇古陆",具备适宜苹果生产的良好生态气候条件,所产苹果果质优良,且极具早熟和区位优势,但也不可避免的存在着生产规模小、产业结构单一、经营模式简单、技术力量薄弱等问题。在深入调查分析白碗窑苹果产业现状后,针对所存在的问题和不足之处提出几点建议措施,以期为白碗窑镇苹果产业的快速、健康发展提供参考依据。
In this paper, we surveyed the basic situation of apple industry in Baiwanyao, found Baiwanyao town near the ＂Ancientland of Sichuan and Yunnan provinces＂, with its good ecological and climatic conditions, the quality of apple produced here is excel-lent, the advantages of precocious and regional are very obvious, but there are some problems inevitably： small scale production, singleindustry structure and the business model is simple, weak technical force etc.. This paper aims to investigate and analyse the situationof apple industry in Baiwanyao, and put some suggestions and measures about these main problems to provide a reference for the de-velopment of apple industry in Baiwanyao rapid and healthy.
