摘要
维生素C作为重要的原料药和食品、饲料添加剂在医药和食品、饲料生产领域具有广泛的应用,其重金属污染越来越受到重视。本文利用微波消解、ICP-MS测定样品中的VC中Pb、As、Fe、Cu、Cd中重金属含量。
Vitamin C is widely used in food, feed additives. Heavy metal contamination is an important indicator of product quality testing. In this paper, microwave digestion and ICP-MS detection of vitamin C content of heavy metals. Measurement Uncertainty of the test results by using a continuous delivery model.
