腐植酸水溶肥对葡萄叶片生长发育和果实品质的影响 被引量:9

Effects of Humic Acid Water Soluble Fertilizer on Leaf Development and Fruit Quality of Grape

摘要 葡萄栽培中为了进一步认识和施用腐植酸水溶肥,以红地球葡萄为试材,在全生育期追施不同量的腐植酸水溶肥后,研究了葡萄叶片和果实的生理指标变化。结果表明:全生育期追施总量200kg/667m2腐植酸水溶肥后,叶长、叶宽、鲜重、生长周期、叶绿素含量、净光合速率、气孔导度和果实可溶性固形物含量、VC含量均最高,与对照(CK)相比分别提高了8.89%、7.87%、26.89%、37.84%、42.42%、67.05%、221.74%、30.61%、35.94%,差异均达到显著水平(P﹤0.05);果实可滴定酸含量最低,与对照(CK)相比降低了40.82%,差异达到显著水平(P﹤0.05),且果实着色度降低,由黑红降为红色。由此可见,适期适量施用腐植酸水溶肥可明显提高葡萄叶片生长和光合能力,从而提高果实品质。 In order to know and use humic acid water soluble fertilizer in grape cultivation,the changes of physiological character of leaves and fruits of red globe grape were studied after using different amount humic acid water soluble fertilizer in whole growth period.The result showed that the length,width,weight,development period,chlorophyll content,Pn,and Cs of leaf and soluble solids content and VC content of fruit after using humic acid water soluble fertilizer 200kg/667m^2 in whole growth period were the highest in all treatments,which increased 8.89%,7.87%,26.89%,37.84%,42.42%,67.05%,221.74%,30.61%,35.94%compare to CK respectively,all differences reached significant level(P﹤0.05);the titration acidity content was the lowest in all treatments,which decreased 40.82%compare to CK,the difference reached significant level(P﹤0.05),and the color was decreased to red from black red.Therefore,growth and photosynthetic capacity of leaves,quality of fruit were increased after using humic acid water soluble fertilizer in good time with right amount.
