摘要
为了明确康县隆肛蛙(Feirana kangxianensis)对越冬栖息地的选择,利用样线法、直接计数法与定点观察相结合,对康县豆坝乡的康县隆肛蛙进行调查分析,共计发现17只康县隆肛蛙成体及约(110±25)只蝌蚪,其中10只成体在搬开石块后静栖于原地,仅1只成体在低温情况下(水温低于10℃)未进入冬眠状态.通过主成分分析法得知,康县隆肛蛙越冬期间主要选择河流中且水温低于10℃,距离道路大于50m,植被盖度在30~70%,林缘距离小于10cm的环境下越冬,并且该物种在越冬期间还会选择类似"洞穴"式的栖息地.
In order to confirm the wintering habitat of Feirana kangxianensis,investigation and analysis of Feirana kangxianensis are carried out by the transect sampling method,direct counting method,and point observation method in Kangxian County.The results showed that there are 17 adults and about(110±25)tadpoles.Ten adults are sitting in their place after moving stones,and only one adult does not enter the hibernation state in the case of low temperature(water temperature below 10 ℃).Through the analysis by principal component analysis,F.kangxianensis are mainly selected in the river during the winter,and the water temperature is lower than 10 ℃,the distance is more than 50 m,the vegetation coverage is 30%~70%,and the forest distance is less than 10 cm.The species will also choose a'cave'habitat during the winter.
