摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了系列Ni_(1-x)Zn_xFe_2O_4(x=0,0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8,1.0)粉末样品,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对样品的晶体结构、形貌及磁性进行了研究.结果表明,750℃是制备样品的最佳煅烧温度,在此温度下制备的Ni_(1-x)Zn_xFe_2O_4均为单一尖晶石相.NiFe2O4纳米颗粒类似球形,大小均匀且分散性好;掺杂Zn^(2+)后,颗粒尺寸增大,有少量团聚.随着Zn^(2+)含量的增加,饱和磁化强度(Ms)先增大后减小,在x=0.4时达最大值,Ms=65.63emu·g^(-1);矫顽力Hc呈现持续降低趋势,x=0时有较高的矫顽力,Hc=196.09Oe.
Ni_(1-x)Zn_xFe_2O_4(x=0,0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8,1.0)powders were prepared by sol-gel method,the microstructure,morphology and magnetic properties of samples were investigated by using XRD,FESEM and VSM.The results show that 750 ℃ is the optimum calcination temperature for preparation of samples,Ni_(1-x)Zn_xFe_2O_4 calcined at 750 ℃ have single spinel phase.NiFe_2O_4 nanoparticles are similar sphere,uniform in size and good in dispersion.After doping Zn^(2+) ions,the particle size increases and a small amount of agglomeration occurs.With the increasing of Zn2+ions,saturation magnetization(Ms)increased first and then decreased with a maximum value of 65.63 emu·g-1 at x=0.4.Synchronously,coercivity Hcdecrease monotonously,the higher value of Hcwas up to 196.09 Oe when x=0.
