摘要
针对Conform连续挤压机挤制导电铜排表面产生的"气泡"问题,运用质量管理工具"鱼刺图",对连续挤压全过程的人、机、料、法和环五大关键要素进行排查、分析和梳理,提出了切实可行的改进措施.试验证明,其改进措施能有效抑制和减少导电铜排表面气泡缺陷的产生.
This article concerns the problems of the bubbles on the surface of the copper bar extruded by the Conform continuous extrusion machine.By using the"fishbone disgram",this article analyses and combs the five key elements man,machine,material,method,circle,of the whole process of the continuous extrusion,and put forward feasible improvement measure.Practices illustrate that these precautions are able to control the emergence of the bubbles on the surface of the copper bar caused by continuous extrusion.
