摘要
微生物发酵技术历史悠久,是中药炮制的一种重要方法。近年来,利用益生菌发酵中药成为研究的热点,将现代生物发酵技术与传统中药炮制相结合的研究越来越多。本文就中药发酵技术的概况、中药发酵的特点以及在畜牧业上的应用进行了归纳总结,并对中药发酵的发展前景进行了展望。
Microbiologic fermentation technique has a long history and it is a important method of the traditional processing. In recent years, more and more researchs of the combination of modern biotechnology and traditional fermentation process and fer-mented traditional Chinese medicine （ TCM） by probiotics has been a hotspot. This paper introuduces medicine fermentation general situation, medicine fermentation characteristics and the application of the veterinary clinical. And discussed the pros-pect of medicine fermentation.
