摘要
本试验旨在研究不同饲粮水平添加蛙皮素抗菌肽Dermaseptin-M对杜长大育肥猪血液免疫指标和肠道菌群的影响。选用225头健康杜长大猪,随机分为3组,每组3个重复。各组分别饲喂基础日粮(对照组)、基础日粮+300g/t Dermaseptin-M、低能低蛋白日粮+300 g/t Dermaseptin-M,试验期持续98 d。结束后,测量其免疫指标和肠道菌群。结果显示:不同饲粮水平中添加Dermaseptin-M均可以在一定程度上提高育肥猪生长性能,降低料肉比,增强育肥猪的免疫力,增加肠道乳酸菌的数量,并可有效降低肠道致病菌大肠杆菌数量。
This experiment was done to study the effect of frog skin antibacterial levels of feed on the blood immune function ad the intestinal flora of pigs. 225 healthy growing DuChangDa pigs were chosed and randomly divided into 3 groups with each group of three repetitions. Groups were fed with the basal diet （ the control group） , basal diet with 300 g/t Dermaseptin - M, low - power low - protein diet with 300 g/t Dermaseptin - M, respective-ly. The whole trial period lasts for 98 d. After the experiment, the blood of each group was collected to detect the immune in-dex, the intestinal bacteria flora was also detected. The results showed that different levels of feed with the Dermaseptin - M can improve the pig growth performance and reduce feed conversion ratio to a certain extent. It also can enhance the immune function of the pig , increase the number of intestinal lactobacillus , and can effectivgenic bacteria E. Coli.
