摘要
通过对2006年以来河南省外商直接投资(FDI)与城镇化发展的基本情况,并利用2006-2015年河南省城镇化率、实际利用外资总额、GDP、二三产业产值在总产值中的比重、二三产业就业人数总和在全省就业人员总数总占的比重等数据,实证分析了河南省FDI对城镇化发展的作用机制,结果显示,FDI与内资都推动了城镇化的发展,FDI对城镇化的推动作用更加显著,FDI通过推动经济增长、产业结构优化及就业结构的优化促进城镇化的发展。政府应该在引进外资时加以引导,促进产业结构的优化升级,促进经济增长方式的转变,实现新型城镇化。
This paper summarized the basic situation of foreign direct investment（ FDI） and urbanization development in Henan Province since 2006,and uses data such as the urbanization rate,actual utilization of FDI,GDP,proportion of the secondary and tertiary industries output value in GDP,proportion of the second and third employment in total employment from 2006 to 2015. The results showed that FDI and domestic capital promote the development of urbanization. FDI promotes the development of urbanization by promoting economic growth,industrial structure optimization and employment structure optimization. So the government should guide the introduction of FDI,promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,promote the transformation of economic growth mode,and reach the new urbanization.
