摘要
目的比较Clinpro^(TM) XT Varnish和75%氟化钠甘油两种脱敏剂用于浅楔状缺损的临床效果。方法根据纳入排除标准选择63个患者,左右各一颗患牙,随机分组,分别采用Clinpro^(TM) XT Varnish和75%氟化钠甘油进行脱敏。在治疗完成时、1个月、3个月分别对患牙进行冷空气测试,记录VAS值。计算两组治疗的有效率。结果 Clinpro^(TM) XT Varnish组在治疗后1个月、3个月和即刻的有效率没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。75%氟化钠甘油组治疗后1个月、3个月和即刻治疗后的有效率相比出现了明显的下降(P<0.05)。Clinpro^(TM) XT Varnish治疗后即刻的、1个月、3个月的有效率均明显高于氟化钠甘油组。结论 Clinpro^(TM) XT Varnish在治疗浅型楔状缺损中有着操作简单、长期释氟等优点,值得在临床上推广。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of Clinpro TM XT Varnish with 75% sodium fluoride glycer-ol used in the shallow wedge-shaped defect. Methods 63 patients were chosen according to the inclusion and ex-clusion criteria .Desensitization was randomly performed with Clinpro TM XT Varnish and 75% sodium fluoride glycerol in each person. The efficacy was evaluated immediately after treatment and 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after treatment, and the effective rates were calculated. Results There was no significant difference in the effective rates immediately after treatment and 1 month and 3 months and 6 months after treatment in the Clinpro TM XT Varnish group. The efficacy decreased significantly with time in the 75% sodium fluoride glycer-ol group.The efficacy of Clinpro TM XT Varnish was better than the sodium fluoride glycerol group significant-ly after treatment and 1 month and 3 months respectively （ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Clinpro TM XT Varnish can be operated easily and release fluorine long-term in the treatment of shallow type wedge-shaped defect. Therefore , it has practical value for clinical use.
