摘要
福建莆田鞋业出口在我国有着举足轻重的地位,当之无愧被冠以"中国鞋类出口基地"称号.但由于国际市场疲乏、缺乏品牌意识、假冒伪劣品泛滥等因素以及日益增多的贸易壁垒提高了鞋类出口门槛等种种原因,莆田鞋业的竞争优势正在逐渐消失.针对当前的现状,提出应对出口转型的品牌策略、人才策略、创新驱动策略以及产业聚集策略,并给出了几点具体的出口转型建议,以期推动亟待转型的莆田鞋业保持可持续发展.
Fujian Putian footwear export enjoys a vital position in China,which deserves the title of"Chinese shoe export base". However,due to dull international market,lack of brand awareness,fake and inferior products and trade barriers,the competitive advantage of Putian footwear exporting is disappearing. In allusion to current situation,this paper puts forward brand strategy,talent strategy,innovation-driven strategy and industry clustering strategy to deal with the transformation of export,and also provides several suggestions which are expected to help Putian footwear export keep the sustainable development.
