摘要
为了解海北州地区羊痘免疫情况,利用羊痘抗体(Pox-Ab)酶联免疫吸附分析法对海北州地区360只羊血清进行ELISA免疫抗体监测,阳性率73.33%。表明海北地区羊群免疫效果良好。
To understand the pox immune condition in Haibei prefecture,360 sheep serum was detected by ELISA monitoring immune antibody with Pox-Ab enzyme-linked immune sorbent analysis method.The result showed that the positive rate was 73.33%.It showed that the immune effect in sheep was good in Haibei area.
