丙泊酚与咪达唑仑镇静麻醉对感染性休克患者容量反应性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨丙泊酚与咪达唑仑镇静麻醉对感染性休克患者容量反应性的影响。方法:选取进行治疗的感染性休克患者80例,按随机数表法分为两组,各40例。对照组采用咪达唑仑镇静麻醉,观察组实施丙泊酚镇静麻醉,比较两组容量反应率及中心静脉压(CVP)、平均动脉压(MAP)、心脏指数(CI)水平。结果:与对照组镇静后比较,观察组容量反应率明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PLR后,观察组CVP、MAP、CI水平较对照组明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与咪达唑仑镇静麻醉比较,对感染性休克患者实施丙泊酚镇静麻醉效果更为显著,可增加容量反应性,且对患者CVP、MAP及CI水平影响较小。
