三维超声自由解剖切面成像技术对先天性子宫畸形的诊断价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析先天性子宫畸形采用三维超声自由解剖切面成像技术(Omniview)的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析经腹腔镜/宫腔镜检查诊断先天性子宫畸形患者共计27例,均行三维超声Omniview与二维超声检查。判断检查方式诊断准确率。结果:纵隔子宫完全型4例,不完全型8例,双角子宫完全型1例,不完全型4例,单角子宫合并残角子宫型1例,不合并残角子宫型1例,双子宫1例,弓形子宫7例。其中以不完全型纵隔子宫与弓形子宫比例较高。二维超声正确诊断20例,漏诊4例弓形子宫,误诊2例,难以诊断1例,诊断正确率约74.07%。三维超声Omniview正确诊断27例,诊断正确率为100%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:三维超声Omniview对于先天性子宫畸形有较高诊断准确率。 Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of three-dimensional ultrasound free anatomic section imaging( Omniview) in congenital malformation of uterus. Method A total of 27 cases of congenital uterine malformation diagnosed by hysteroscopy and hysteroscopy were retrospectively analyzed. 27 cases were examined by three-dimensional ultrasonography,Omniview and two-dimensional ultrasonography. Diagnostic accuracy. Results Mediastinal uterus completely in 4 cases,incomplete type in 8 cases complete bicornuate type in 1 cases and incomplete type in 4 cases,single horn of uterus and rudimentary uterine horn type in 1 cases,with rudimentary horn of uterus in 1 cases,1 cases of double uterus,7 cases of arcuate uterus. The proportion of incomplete septate uterus and arcuate uterus was higher. 20 cases were correctly diagnosed by two-dimensional ultrasound,4 cases were missed diagnosis,2 cases were misdiagnosed,1 cases were difficult to diagnose,and the diagnostic accuracy was about74. 07%. 27 cases were correctly diagnosed by three-dimensional ultrasonic Omniview,the correct rate of diagnosis was 100%,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 01). Conclusion Three dimensional ultrasound Omniview has higher diagnostic accuracy for congenital uterine malformation.
