上皮样血管内皮瘤的诊治进展 被引量：4

摘要 上皮样血管内皮瘤（epithelioid hemangioendothelioma,EHE）是一种罕见的血管瘤,在所有血管瘤中比例小于1%,具有上皮样组织细胞外观,起源于血管内皮或前内皮细胞。最常发生于肝脏（21%）,其次是肝和肺同时受累（18%）,肺单独受累（12%）,骨单独受累（14%）[1]。也可发生于头颈部、乳腺、淋巴结、纵膈、脑、脑膜、脊柱、皮肤、腹部和其他组织。
