摘要
产能过剩已经成为桎梏甘肃经济发展的重要原因。采用生产函数法测算甘肃33个制造业2005—2015年理论总产值,求出产能利用率,据此判断甘肃产能过剩行业和程度,以期为提高产能利用率、化解甘肃产能过剩提供基础。
Excess capacity has become an important reason shackles Gansu economic development By adopting the two-level CES production function,this paper estimates theoretical output value of 33 manufacturing in Gansu Province from 2005 to 2015,caculates the capacity utilization,and then selects the industries with excess capacity and degree of overcapacity.Finally,the paper provides a view to resolve the problem of the Gansu excess capacity.
