摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术治疗结直肠癌老年患者的近期疗效及其对胃肠功能的影响。方法选择择期行结直肠癌根治术的86例老年患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=42)和观察组(n=44),对照组接受开腹结直肠癌根治术,观察组接受腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术,比较分析两组手术情况及术后胃肠功能恢复情况。结果观察组手术时间、住院时间及下床活动时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05),两组淋巴结清扫数目比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后肛门排气时间、腹胀持续时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组胃动素及胃泌素含量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术治疗老年结直肠癌近期疗效满意,有助于减少手术创伤,促进术后胃肠功能恢复。
Objective To investigate the short-term efficacy of laparoscopic radical resection and its effect on gastrointestinal function in elderly patients with colorectal cancer.Methods Eighty-six elderly patients who underwent selective radical resection for colorectal cancer were enrolled,and were divided into control group （n = 42） and observation group （n = 44） using the random number table.The control group and the observation group underwent open radical resection and laparoscopic radical resection for colorectal cancer,respectively.The surgical condition and postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results The operation duration,hospital stay and duration for ambulation in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group （P〈0.05）.The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the number of dissected lymph node between the two groups （P〉0.05）.The duration for postoperative anal exhaust and abdominal distension in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group （P〈0.05）,.The motilin and gastrin levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic radical resection can achieve a satisfied short-term efficacy for elderly patients with colorectal cancer,is helpful to reduce the surgical trauma and can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after surgery.
