温度、干旱胁迫及复水条件下对火棘种子萌发的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以火棘种子为试验材料,设置10℃、15℃、20℃、25℃、35℃5个温度处理梯度寻找最适发芽温度,以质量分数为0%、5%、10%、15%、20%的PEG6000模拟干旱胁迫及PEG不同处理干旱胁迫24 h后复水培养对火棘种子萌发的影响,研究在不同处理下火棘种子的发芽势、发芽率及发芽指数。结果表明:火棘最适发芽温度为25℃,质量分数为5%、10%、15%的PEG6000溶液处理下火棘发芽率为25.56%、8.33%、8.89%,20%的PEG6000处理下火棘种子无发芽迹象,低浓度的PEG6000处理火棘种子24 h后复水能加快种子的萌发,缩短萌发时间,10%PEG处理下比CK发芽指数提高48.58%。 Taking Pyracanthafortuneana seeds as experiment material, five temperature gradients of 10℃, 15℃, 20 ℃, 25℃ , 35℃was set up to search for the optimum germination temperature, at the same time the mass fraction of 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% of PEG6000 was set up to simulate drought stress and the effect of re-watering cultivation on firethorn seed germination was carried out after different drought stress treatments for 24h. The firethorn seed germination potential, germination rate and germination index were determined. Results showed that the optimal germination firethorn temperature is 25℃ ; firethorn germination rates with the mass fraction of 5%, 10%, 15% of PEG6000 solution was 25.56%, 8.33%, 8.89% respectively; firethorn seeds with the mass fraction of 20% of PEG6000 couldn' t germinate. Re-watering cultivation of firethorn seeds which processed with low concentration of PEG6000 for 24 h can accelerate germination, shorten germination time, and the germination index under 10% PEG treatment increased by 48.58% than CK.
