摘要
目的探讨空气灌肠在整复小儿肠套叠中的应用价值,总结经验及技巧,提高整复率。方法应用GB-201型自动遥控灌肠机对338例肠套叠患儿进行空气灌肠整复。结果整复成功316例,整复失败22例,整复成功率93.49%,整复失败者均经手术复位。结论空气灌肠是小儿肠套叠可靠的治疗手段,具有简单方便、安全有效等优势。
Objective To investigate the application value of air enema in the treatment of children intussusception and summarize the experience and techniques to improve the rate of reduction. Methods 338 cases of intussusception were treated with air enema with GB-201 automatic remote control enema machine. Results 316 cases were successfully restored. 22 cases were failed to be restored and the success rate of restoration was 93.49%. All the reconstructive losers were operated on. Conclusion Air enema is a reliable method for the treatment of children intussusception. It has the advantages of simplicity, convenience, safety and effectiveness.
