摘要
造价管理在任何施工企业中都被重视,因为其与施工企业经济效益有着直接关系。并且,在施工企业各个环节中都会涉及到造价管理,只有在每个施工阶段中对造价进行控制和管理,才能有效保证整个工程经济效益能够提高。在本文研究中对造价管理在施工企业电气工程中的应用情况进行探讨,且对国内现今施工企业电气工程造价管理的现状进行剖析,对电气工程造价管理存在的问题进行阐述,最后提出相应策略来提高施工企业电气工程的造价管理。
The cost management is emphasized in any construction enterprise, because it has a direct relationship with the economic benefits of construction enterprises. And in the construction enterprise each link, it will involve cost management, and only to control and manage the cost in each construction stage, can effectively guarantee improvement of the whole project economic efficiency. In the study of this paper, the application of cost management in the electrical engineering of construction enterprises are discussed, and the current situation of domestic electrical engineering cost management are analyzed, the existing electrical engineering cost management problems are expounded, and finally the corresponding strategies are put forward to improve the electrical engineering cost management of construction enterprises.
