摘要
GB/T 11944-2012《中空玻璃》国家标准规定了中空玻璃的水分渗透指数I≤0.25,5块试样平均值I_(av)≤0.20。本文针对硅酮胶封槽铝式双道密封型中空玻璃用高温干燥法测定干燥剂的水分含量,试验表明在取中空玻璃干燥剂的过程中混入碎玻璃、密封胶、铝屑这三类常见杂质会影响水分渗透指数的结果。
GB/T 11944-2012 《 Insulating Glass Unit》 stipulates moisture permeability index I ≤ 0.25 and 5 sample average value Iav ≤0.20. The authors use high temperature drying method to measure the moisture content of silicone in dual sealed insulating glass unit with aluminum spacer.The results show that the common impurities entrained during the process of extracting desiccant,such as broken glass,sealant and aluminum debris,do change moisture permeability index.
