摘要
将丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯等单体通过种子乳液聚合法合成丙烯酸共聚物,并将活性艳蓝KN-R与乳胶粒结合,制备出丙烯酸共聚物型大分子染料,再采用常温涂料染色工艺将其施加于涤棉织物(65/35)。探讨了丙烯酸和丙烯酸羟乙酯单体的质量比对乳液性能和织物染色性能的影响。结果表明,丙烯酸和丙烯酸羟乙酯的质量比为4∶6时,织物的耐皂洗色牢度和其他性能都较好。
Acrylic acid copolymers are synthesized by seed emulsion polymerization with monomers such as hydroxyethyl acrylate and acrylic acid. Reactive Blue KN-R is combined with latex particles to prepare acrylic copolymer type macromolecule dyes, then acrylic macromolecule dyes are used for 65/35 polyester/cotton fabric dyeing with pigment under normal temperature. The effects of mass ratio of acrylic acid to hydroxyethyl acrylate on the properties of emulsion and dyeing properties of fabrics are discussed. The results indicate that the quality and color fastness to soaping of the dyed fabric are bet- ter under the mass ratio of 4:6 of acrylic acid to hydroxyethyl acrylate.
