摘要
研究了生物柴油、煤油和植物油酸甲酯对难浮煤泥的捕收效果,筛选出适合该煤泥浮选的最优捕收剂,为现场药剂制度优化提供指导。试验结果表明:在药剂用量最佳、精煤灰分相当时,生物柴油做捕收剂比煤油精煤产率高3.37%,尾煤灰分高1.07%,浮选完善指标高2.82%;生物柴油做捕收剂比植物油酸甲酯精煤产率高7.85%,尾煤灰分高2.86%,浮选完善指标高6.87%;对该难浮煤泥而言,生物柴油捕收效果最优。
The paper studied the collection effects of refractory coal slime separately by applying biodiesel,kerosene and plant methyl oleate, and selected the optimal collector suitable for floatation of the coal slime, which offered guidance for optimization of field reagent system. Test results showed: at optimal dosage of reagent and suitable ash content of clean coal, the yield of clean coal by applying biodiesel as collector was higher by 3.37% than that by applying kerosene as collector, the ash content of tailing coal was higher by 1.07%, and the faultless index of flotation was higher by 2.82%; the yield of clean coal by applying biodiesel as collector was higher by 7.85% than that by applying plant methyl oleate as collector, the ash content of tailing coal was higher by 2.86%, and the faultless index of flotation was higher by 6.87%; for the refractory coal slime, the collection effects by applying biodiesel as collector was the best.
