概述了国内门式斗轮堆取料机发展历程及现状,介绍了门式斗轮堆取料机相较于功能相近的其他形式堆取料机的技术优势所在,重点阐述了门式斗轮堆取料机在机型开发结构创新优化、大车行走纠偏控制、机械驱动式起升机构同步控制以及适应输送工艺多样性等关键技术的发展现状,并对门式斗轮堆取料机发展趋势进行了展望。
The paper summarized the development history and current situation of the gantry bucket-wheel stacker and reclaimer in China, and introduced its technical advantages compared with other types of the stacker and reclaimer. It also narrated the current development situation of its key technologies such as structural innovation, travelling deviation rectification control of the gantry, synchronous control of mechanical hoisting mechanism, and technical diversity adapting to conveyance etc., and prospected the development tendency of the gantry bucket-wheel stacker and reclaimer.
