摘要
目的 :探讨不同诱发电位评价实验性变态反应性脑脊髓炎 (EAE)的价值。方法 :选择 12只健康猴制作EAE模型 ,另选一只正常猴作对照。分别进行脑干听觉诱发电位 (BAEP)、脑干三叉神经诱发电位 (BTEP)、体感诱发电位 (SEP)检测 ,5年后部分动物进行复查。结果 :EAE猴BAEP的Ⅲ—Ⅴ峰间期为 3.0± 0 .6 3ms ,BTEP的T1—T7、T3—T7峰间期为 2 .5 3± 0 .6 7ms、1.6 8± 0 .37ms,SEP的P4 0—N2 0峰间期为 13.38± 3.6 1ms ,BAEP、BTEP及SEP各波峰间期与对照组相比明显延长。BAEP、BTEP、BAEP +BTEP及下肢SEP检查EAE猴异常率分别是 5 0 %、5 0 %、6 2 %及 81%。结论 :5年后EAE猴仍存在多处中枢性损害 ,下肢SEP检出率最高 ,BAEP +BTEP联合检查的异常率高于单独检查 ,在评价脑干功能时 ,采用BAEP和BTEP联合检查 。
Objective:To explore the value of different evoked potentials in evaluation of experimental allergic encephalomyelitis (EAE) .Methods: Twelve monkeys were selected to prepare the EAE model and the other one was served as control . Auditory evoked potential(BAEP) ,brain stem trigeminal evoked potential(BTEP),somatosensory evoked potential(SEP) were done respectively in the EAE group and the control group ,and they were determind again in five years .Results:The interpeak latency of Ⅲ-Ⅴ(3.0±0.63ms)of BAEP ,of T1-T7?T3-T7(2.53±0.67 ms?1.68±0.37 ms) of BTEP , of P40-N20 (13.38±3.61 ms) of SEP in EAE group were significantly prolonged as compared with the control group (P<0.05). The abnormality rate of BAEP ,BTEP ,combination of BAEP and BTEP ,SEP of the lower limbs was 50%,50%,62%,81%respectively. Conclusions: The damages of CNS in EAE monkeys were still existed five years after .The abnormality rate of SEP of lower limbs might be the highest, and the abnormality rate of combined BAEP and BTEP might be higher than eigher of them .In evaluating the brainstem function , combination of BAEP and BTEP might increase the abnormality rate.
