摘要
桂粉葛1号源于广西藤县传统主栽种和平粉葛,是通过组织培养产生体细胞无性系变异,在变异群体中筛选优良变异单株,采用组培快繁技术选育的葛新品种。以组培苗作为生产种苗,1月中下旬至2月初育苗,育苗期40 d(天),大田生育期约270 d(天)。结薯集中,块根长纺锤形,表皮薄、薯肉色白。栽培时单株留薯块2~3个,块根平均长33.60 cm、横径8.50 cm,平均块根质量1.52 kg,较耐贮运。一般每667 m^2商品薯产量2 500 kg,适宜在广西地区种植。
‘Guifenge No.1＇ is originated from traditional cultivar ‘Hepingfenge＇ planted in Teng County of Guangxi.It is a new kudzu variety bred through selecting a superior variant plant from variation population by tissue culture and rapid propagation technology.It takes 40 days for seedling culture starting from mid January to early February and about 270 days in field propagation.‘Guifenge No.1＇ grows tuberous roots concentrately.There are 2-3 roots per single plant.Its root is of long fusiform shape with thin peel and white flesh.The tuberous root is 33.60 cm in length,8.50 cm in transverse diameter.The average tuberous roots weight is 1.52 kg.This variety is tolerant to transportation.It can yield 37.5 t·hm^（-2）.It is suitable for cultivation in Guangxi.
