摘要
从研究大型矿山挖掘机发展概况及设计原理人手,分析了其结构功用及使用条件,并结合矿山生产实践,摸索出了一整套相应的挖掘机故障诊断及维修关键技术,成功解决了挖掘机故障成为制约矿山生产的"核心"问题,其作业效率和设备可动率高,设备故障率低,使用寿命长,能充分发挥挖掘机最大能力,对今后挖掘机结构设计改进有一定的参考价值。
From the development situation and design principle of large mining excavator, the paper ana-lyzes the structure function and working conditions, combined with the mine production practice, figures out a set of key techniques of fault diagnosis and maintenance for excavator, successfully solves the core problems of excavator failure, the operating efficiency and equipment rate is high, equipment failure rate is low, service life is long, can give full play to the maximum capacity of excavator, and can give some reference value to the structural design improvements for excavator.
