摘要
梳理国内外自体输血应用现状,分析自体输血应用推广的难点和障碍,探讨从医院机构设置、规章制度、推广宣传、医患沟通、质量控制五个方面提出相应措施,并以某三甲军队医院为例,比较分析措施应用效果。
To summarize the current application situation at home and abroad and analyze the difficulties and disadvantages in the promotion of auto-transfusion. We tried to put forward corresponding measures from the setting of department in hospital,rules and regulations,promotion and propaganda,communication between doctor and patient,control of medical quality. We studied and analyzed the effects of these measures in a military top tertiary hospital.
