摘要
工业4.0是指利用物联网信息系统将生产中的供应商、制造商、销售信息数据化、智能化,最后实现快速、有效、个人化的产品供应过程。那么,在整个过程中劳动者应具备哪些素质?作为培养高端劳动者的高职院校应该做些什么?如何才能适应工业4.0对劳动者的不同需求?此文本将结合上述问题进行有效探讨,希望通过不断地努力寻找到一条适应当代经济发展需要的人才培养之路。
Industrial 4.0 refers to a process that the supplier, manufacturer, and sales information produced in the production is subject to datamation and intelligence by use of Internet of Things informa- tion system, to finally realize rapid, effective, and personalized product supply. Then, what quality the laborers shall possess in the entire end workers do？ How to adapt to pro the cess？ What shall the higher vocational colleges cultivating high- different demands of industrial 4.0 for workers＂＂ This paper will develop effective discussion in combination with the problems above, expecting to find out a path of talent cultivation suitable to modern economic development.
