摘要
高职院校的学前教育面临着新的发展机遇和挑战。学前教育是幼儿教育的初期阶段,对幼儿有着重要的影响,但是在目前形势下,高职院校的学前教育需要进行重新定位,才能更好地发展。先就社会转型环境下高职学前教育在人才培养目标的设立、课程结构的设置、师资队伍的优化、课程实施模式等方面的重新定位做了研究,旨在使高职学前教育能更好地适应社会转型环境。
Pre-school education major in higher vocational colleges is facing new opportunities and challenges. Pre-school education is the initial stage of infant education, and has a great influence on infants, yet currently it should redefine pre-school education to develop better. To better adapt to social transformation environment, it researches on redefinition of the establishment of talent training goals, curriculum structure setting, the optimization of teaching staff, and course implementation mode.
