摘要
从大学发展历史和高等教育的功能职能中,可以推演出大学的属性:政治性、学术性、文化性、层次性、开放性、包容性、应用性、服务性。基于大学属性的再思考,可以深化对"何谓大学"的认识,只有把握好大学的属性,遵循其规律办学治校,才能办好党和人民满意的大学。
The histories of universities and the functions of higher education can reveal their attributes in terms of politicalness,academia,culture,hierarchy,openness,inclusiveness,applicability and service.Reflections on their attributes can deepen our understanding of the nature of universities,and help manage the universities well for the Party and the people.
