摘要
由于部分拱桥桥梁通航要求,对梁底进行限高,在进行吊杆更换时预留孔小,采用挤压锚固钢绞线拉索组合锚,锚具长度不满足要求。针对以上实际问题,通过对挤压拉索锚固段长度进行优化。静载试验证明,改进措施有效地提高了锚具性能,锚固长度优化至原长的67%时,拉索的锚固效率系数符合标准要求。为梁底有限高要求的旧桥换索工程提供了解决方案。
In order to ensure navigation,some of the arch bridge have height restrictions from the surface of the water to beam bottom. And the reserved channel is too small, it just suit to use swaging anchorage cable. But the anchorage segment of swaging anchorage is too long for this kind of bridge, so we need optimizing the anchorage length. Through optimizing design, the anchorage length optimization to 67%, and then we through the static load test to verify its reliability, it has been proved to be meet the standard requirements. Its success offers a solution for this kind of bridge.
