摘要
分析了首钢主厂区污染土的类别及污染程度,并就主要修复方法进行分析比较,可知此污染区域适用于异位修复的工艺特点。同时重点对污染土的挖运、储存和再利用3方面进行了详细分析和评价,指出了土壤环境修复施工实施存在的风险并提出了相应的应对策略。以"消除污染,不留隐患"为出发点,遵循在污染土壤开挖清除和处理处置各个阶段,保证人员安全和环境安全,防止产生污染转嫁和二次污染;各项工作均应遵循国内外的相关标准、规范以及北京市环保局批复的处置方案要求;综合考虑气候条件、场地条件、技术条件和时间因素,采取灵活的措施,应对工程实施过程中遇到的问题,制订可操作性强,易于工程实施的技术方案。
This paper first analyzes the shougang main factory pollution soil type and pollution level, analyzes and compares major repair methods analyze the pollution area is suitable for the process features of ectopic repair. At the same time focus on digging for contaminated soil transported, stored and recycled three aspects has carried on the detailed analysis and evaluation, the risk of soil environmental repair construction implementation are pointed out and put forward the corresponding countermeasure, in order to "eliminate pollution, no hidden trouble" as a starting point, to follow in the contaminated soil excavation clearance and disposal at various stages, to ensure the safety of personnel safety and the environment, to prevent polluting passed on and secondary pollution; all work shall follow the domestic and foreign related standards, specifications, and the Beijing municipal environmental protection bureau approved the disposal scheme of requirements; considering climate conditions, site conditions,technical conditions and time factor,take flexible measures to cope with the problems in the project implementation process, to develop strong operability, easy engineering implementation of technical solutions.
