滚动轴承外圈剥落故障双冲击特征机理建模 被引量:15

摘要 基于Hertz理论,从滚动轴承系统内部运动状态出发,充分考虑缺陷出现后因材料剥落而引入的额外间隙,及滚动体通过损伤时的弹性接触过程与损伤对赫兹接触刚度的影响,并获取滚动体与滚道间的弹性变形曲线。通过构建相应的时变位移函数与时变接触力增量函数,并将两者与二自由度正常轴承动力学模型相结合,建立了滚动轴承外圈剥落故障双冲击特征机理模型,利用四阶变步长龙格-库塔数值积分法对轴承外圈滚道局部缺陷进行动力学仿真及双冲击特性分析,仿真结果与试验信号的处理结果基本吻合。 Based on the Hertz theory,by considering the internal state of motion of bearing system,the extra clearance related to the defect of material's peeling and the elastic contact process when rolling elements passing through the spall zone,which affects the Hertz contact stiffness.The elastic deformation curve between rolling elements and rolling race is obtained.By constructing the corresponding time-varying displacement function,the time-varying contact force increment function,and combining the two functions with the two degrees of freedom bearing dynamic model,the mechanism model of double-impulses phenomenon of the outer race spalled rolling element bearing is modeling.By utilizing the fourth order variable step Runge-Kutta numerical integral method,the double-impulses phenomenon of outer race spalled rolling element is simulated and analyzed.Simulation and experiment results are in a good agreement.
