摘要
本文针对轮式拼板机的机械结构、工艺流程进行调研,并从力学和人机的角度分析总结优缺点,提出部分优化方案,为以后大幅面拼板新技术的研究以及适应工业4.0自动化生产提供必要的技术参考。经过调研发现,这批轮式拼板机原产于中国台湾,机械性能比较稳定,拼板工艺中手工操作居多,拼板质量良好,每台机器日产量保持在2 m^3以上。
The mechanical structure and technological process of clamp carrier were investigated.The local optimization is proposed on the summarization of the advantages and disadvantages from the point of view of mechanical and human-machine.It will provide the necessary technical reference for future research on large format clamp carrier and adaptation to Industry 4.0 and automation.The preliminary investigation found that those manual multi-section clamp carriers were originated in Taiwan with stable performance,good puzzle quality,and productivity of at least 2 cubic meters a day for each machine.
