摘要
企业电子商务系统开发 ,不仅涉及构建电子商务系统信息技术平台内容 ,还涉及到企业人员思想观念更新、业务流程再造等方面管理改造与创新等内容 ;这些内容与企业员工的知识素质与知识开发能力有密切的关系 ;企业电子商务系统的成功开发依赖于人们在商务活动过程中的经验和知识 ,如何获取和开发知识是成功开发企业电子商务系统的关键。针对当前我国许多企业在电子商务系统开发过程中涉及的知识管理问题 ,提出成功开发企业电子商务系统应采用的知识管理策略。
In developing E-business system, we not only deal with information technology, but also deal with management idea renovating and business process reconstructing etc. E-business developed successfully depends on people experience and knowledge application in business activities, developing E-business system successfully depends on knowledge management. Now there are few articles on discussing E-business strategy with knowledge management. This paper probes into the several steps on knowledge management of implementing an evolving E-business strategy.
