摘要
自"十一五"规划纲要实施以来,我国职业教育体系不断完善,办学模式不断创新,但相对普通教育而言,其人才培养体系还不够完善。据此,提出构建现代职教"立交桥"人才培养模式,旨在促进我国普通教育与职业教育、学历教育与非学历教育的协调发展,提升职业教育的办学质量和效率,推进职业教育的可持续发展,为我国经济发展提供技术性人才保障。
Since ＂11^（th） five-year＂ programming outline was carried out, our country education system has been continuously perfected, and the schooling mode has continuously innovated. However, in terms of general higher education, its talent training system is still not perfect enough. Accordingly, setting up an interchange-shaped talent mode is put forward, aiming at promoting the China＇s coordinated development in general higher education, vocational education, diploma and non-diploma education,promoting vocational education quality and efficiency, pushing the sustainability of vocational education, and providing guarantee of technical talents for our country＇s economic development.
