煤的热稳定性测定方法的分析与探讨 被引量:3

摘要 将GB/T 1573—2001《煤的热稳定性测定方法》与南非的热破碎性测试方法进行对比,总结2种表征煤的热稳定性的测试方法的不同之处,经过实验与对比分析后研究不同测试条件对热稳定性的影响,并对2种热稳定性测试方法的适用性进行分析。分析结果表明:国标方法和南非方法均可表征煤的热稳定性;升温速率对于热稳定性好的煤种对结果影响不大,而对热稳定性差的煤种有较大影响;热解温度对热稳定性好的煤种测定结果有较大影响,即热解温度越高,煤的热稳定性越差;国标方法对于热稳定性好的煤种的辨识度更高,适用于无烟煤、烟煤和褐煤的热稳定性测试。 The GB/T 1573-2001 "Determination of thermal stability of coal" was compared with the South Africa thermal fragmentation test method for coal thermal stability in this paper, the difference between these two methods (method for characterizing the thermal stability of coal) were summarized, through the experiment and comparison analysis, how the different testing conditions affected the thermal stability were researched, and the adaptability of these two methods were analyzed. The results shows that: the national standard method and South Africa method could all characterize the thermal stability of coal; the heating rate affects the result for coal type which has good thermal stability, hut the heating rate has great effect on the coal type which has bad thermal stability; the pyrolysis temperature affects the result a lot for coal type which has good thermal stability, which means that with the increase of pyrolysis temperature, the thermal stability of coal gets worse; the national method has higher recognition degree for coal type which has good thermal stability, it is suitable for thermal stability test of anthracite, bituminous coal and lignite.
