摘要
舌咽神经痛是耳鼻喉科的常见病及难治病,目前病因不明确,缺乏特异性治疗。舌咽部是十二经脉运行聚集之处,其病变与五脏六腑联系紧密。舌诊在中医诊断学中占有极其重要的地位,舌象与苔象常常能反映疾病的本质。舌咽部本身的病变需要与舌诊相结合,中医辨证治疗舌咽部非器质性疾病具有优势。陈国丰是国医大师干祖望教授学术思想继承人,擅长结合干老思想与自身经验,运用中医药治疗耳鼻喉疑难病。其在临床接诊舌咽神经痛患者,通过望闻问切,四诊合参,辨证当属心火上炎证,治以清心泻火为主。
Glossopharyngsal neuralgia is a common and intractable disease in otorhinolaryngology and the etiology is unknown.The main western therapy is topical anesthetic,which has poor therapeutic effects and serious side effects.In the opinion of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）,the lesion of glossopharyngeal part is closed associated with zang-fu organs.The treatment of TCM,which is based on the whole body and syndrome differentiation,takes advantages in treating non-organic glossopharyngeal diseases.CHEN Guofeng is the academic inheritor of the TCM master Professor GAN Zuwang.CHEN is good at treating glossopharyngeal intractable diseases by combining his clinical experience with Gan＇s academical idea.A glossopharyngsal neuralgia patient diagnosed as heart-fire syndrome through inspection,auscultation and olfaction,inquiry,and pulse-taking and palpation was treated by Clearing heart and reducing fire.
