摘要
介质损耗是洗煤厂工艺管理中重要的一项生产指标,保证达标的介质损耗指标是创造良好经济效益的基础,也是洗煤厂控制工艺管理与降低生产成本难以攻克的难题之一。针对洗煤工艺的介质损耗原因及管理技术进行分析,通过管控介质质量来实现洗煤创效。
Dielectric loss was one of the most important indexes in process management of coal preparation plant. How to ensure the standard dielectric loss index was the basis of good economic benefit, it was also one of the difficult problems to control process management and reduce production cost. According to analysis of causes of dielectric loss and management technology of coal washing process, coal washing effect was achieved by controlling medium quality.
