绿色创新与工业企业绿色增长--基于广东的实证研究 被引量:9

Green Innovation and Green Growth of Industrial Enterprises:An Empirical Study Based on Guangdong

摘要 以广东省"十二五"期间为例,基于其2011—2015年21个地市的面板数据,分别运用DEA-SBM模型和DEA方法中投入导向的BCC模型测算其工业企业绿色增长绩效(GGP)、工业企业绿色创新效率(GIE);在此基础上,建立随机效应的Tobit回归模型,实证检验绿色创新等因素对工业企业绿色增长的影响。研究结果表明:广东省工业企业绿色增长绩效和绿色创新效率都有一定的提升空间(平均值分别为0.811和0.714),且不同区域及地市间差异较大;绿色创新、产业升级和环境规制对广东省工业企业绿色增长绩效有显著的正面影响;外商直接投资虽有正面影响,但是未通过显著性检验。 Taking Guangdong province in the period of"12th Five-Year" as an example, based on the panel data of 21 cities in Guangdong from 2010 to 2015, this paper calculates green growth performance (GGP) by using the DEA- SBM model, and calculates green innovation efficiency (GIE) by using the BCC model based on input oriented. On this basis, it empirically tests the impact of the GIE taking on the GGP. The results show that: the GGP and GIE both have certain promotion space (the average values are 0.811 and 0.714), and there are big differences in different regions and cities; GIE, IU and ER all have significant positive effects on GGP of industrial enterprises in Guangdong; FDI has a positive effect, but it is not significant.
