摘要
大港油田为了实现海油陆采,及有效控制日趋变小而且分散的剩余油,多布置大斜度井、大位移井及水平井等复杂结构井。但是,定向托压问题严重制约着钻井提速、提效。因此,为了解决托压问题,2015-2016年在大港油田开展了缓解定向托压技术探究,包括水力振荡器、"水力振荡器+岩屑床破坏器"、"水力振荡器+液力推力器"、旋转导向系统,并进行了14口井现场试验,缓解托压效果显著。通过本文的研究,探索了一套缓解定向托压配套技术,为有效解决复杂结构井定向托压问题提供了技术支持和理论指导。
In order to achieve the offshore oil production on land and effective control of increasingly smaller ad dispersed residual oil,Dagang oilfield deployed many complex wells,such as high-inclination well,extended-reach well and horizontal well.But,seriously back pressure problem restricts the drilling speed and efficiency.Therefore,in order to solve the problem,Dagang oilfield res earched on slide back-pressure technology from 2015 to 2016,including hydraulic oscillator,"hydraulic oscillator+hole cleaning tools","hydraulic oscillator +hydraulic thruster",rotary steering system,and 14 wells was tested,which effect is remarkable.Through the study of this article,we work out a set technology of easing back pressure,which provides the technical support and theoretical guidance to effectively solve the problem of complex structure well.
