摘要
针对石油钻井内防喷工具安全检测的需求,设计了一种压力和扭矩自动测试系统。该系统集数据采集、自动控制和数据处理功能于一体,取代了传统人工注水、夹紧和复位等工序。通过使用PLC结合上位机软件(Lab VIEW)实现了自动装载、自动测试、自动复位和自动生成报表的功能。系统压力通过比例溢流阀和压力传感器构成的负反馈闭环系统得到了精准控制。对中位移通过液压缸上的位移传感器反馈控制满足了精度的要求。经过现场大量试验证明了该系统的正确性和实用性。
In order to meet the safety requirements of inner bop tools, a pressure and torque automatic test system is designed. The system includes data acquisition, automatic control and data processing functions, which replaces the traditional manual process, such as water injection, clamping and reset. Through the use of PLC combined with LabVIEW, we realize functions of automatic loading, automatic test, automatic reset and automatic generating reports. The negative feedback closedloop system is consisted by a proportional relief valve and a pressure sensor and the system pressure will be precise controlled. Displacement depends on the displacement sensor feedback control to meet the demand of precision. A large number of field experiments prove the correctness and practicability of the system.
