摘要
为实现对某型船用舵传动装置零件间隙、部件同轴度等因素造成的冲击振动特性的研究,构建了船用舵传动装置的缩比试验台架,并针对传动装置设计了关键零件间隙和部件同轴度可调的机械结构。基于振动特性试验对系统平稳性的要求,设计了试验台架液压驱动控制系统,通过仿真和试验研究,验证了液压驱动控制系统满足试验条件,可用于该装置的后期振动试验研究。
In order to make the study on vibration characteristics of marine rudder transmission caused by gap and coaxiality, a small proportion test bench for marine rudder transmission is constructed, and the adjustable gap and coaxiality of the transmission mechanism are designed. Based on the requirement of the stability system for vibration test, the hydraulic control system of the test bench is designed. Through the simulation and experimental study, the hydraulic control system is verified to meet the test condition and can be used in the latestage vibration test of device.
