摘要
通过探讨冷硬铸铁轧辊的切削性能,分析冷硬铸铁轧辊切削加工困难的原因,得出了合理地切削刀具及刀具几何参数。在提高了切削加工质量的前提下,减少了切削加工的时间,有效提高了切削加工效率,从而降低生产成本。
Through discussing the cutting performance of chilled cast iron roll,the causes of processing difficults of the chilled cast iron roll are analyzed,so as to choose the reasonable cutting tool and obtain the cutting tool geometric parameters. In the premise of improving the machining quality under reduced machining time,the cutting efficiency is effectively improved,and the production cost is also reduced.
